A hearty lunch outside will fuel us on this fun filled day! This may end with a little sledding or skating if conditions allow! All equipment can be rented if needed!

Experience complete relaxation in just a few hours at this weekend workshop of Restorative Yoga - the gentle art of relaxing the body and mind without much physical movement or effort. In the quiet, soothing yoga space each posture is set up with pillows, bolsters, blankets and other props to support you while intentionally breathing and releasing tension in specific areas. As you are gently guided from posture to posture this healing practice allows you to go deeper in each restful pose. You will come away with a sense of quiet calm while also feeling energized - restored.
Prior yoga experience is not required.
